TRAX Car Wash Edison

Honestly, I was really disappointed with this car wash. I went with their Platinum package thinking my car would come out clean and properly detailed, but it felt like a very rushed job. There was still dust and debris left around the edges, under the seats, and in the corners. The vacuuming did not look thorough at all, and the tires were not finished properly either. For the price they charge, I expected much better service and attention to detail. The customer service was also unpleasant - the woman at the front desk did not come across as helpful or professional. Overall, this was a frustrating experience and I do not feel I got the value I paid for. I would rather take my car somewhere else next time. Update: Owner is conveying as if we did not ask for manager ! We drove all the way back and asked the person at counter ( assuming she is manager ) … no help ever came. Probably you guys live in denial mode.

Very poor service, I took the platinum car wash, very poor quality of vaccum, edges and corners are still dirty, tire shine wasn't applied, trunk vaccum wasn't included, lady behind the counter is rude! Never coming back here.. Not worth my money, time and patience.. Update on my review after seeing a response from the car wash - I definitely reviewed the right car wash, unfortunately, the service was as disappointing as this reply. A professional business could have simply said, ‘We’re sorry, please contact us so we can make it right.’ Instead, you chose to call a customer fake and ‘not too smart.’ That response alone confirms the kind of customer experience people can expect here...

The best place for your car wash on oak tree road. We have been using this for many place and they always do nice and clean job. All of their staff members pay personal attention to clean inside and outside of your car. Nice and reasonable price for monthly package.

Hell!!! I had an awful experience today at Trax Car Wash Edison Oak Tree Road. I’ve been a member for a month, but after today, I’m done. My car came out of the wash with multiple scratches on the back and bumper. To make things worse, the guy at the counter was extremely rude and completely unprofessional. When I told him about the scratches, he immediately got defensive and started blaming me before even checking the car. After looking at it, he claimed the scratches were already there which is absurd. I drive a Mercedes and always take excellent care of it. It’s unbelievable that someone like that represents their customer service. On the other hand, one of the workers outside was polite and tried to explain the situation calmly, but that doesn’t excuse the damage or the rude behavior I experienced. This is not how a business should treat its customers. I’ve cancelled my membership and will never return. Zero stars. I strongly recommend staying away from this place unless you want scratches on your car and terrible service.

I come here every other month for a detail wash and the manager Oswaldo does a great job. I do pay $75, but they turn my car looking new. I would recommend people to talk to the manager first if you have concerns and then put the car for wash.
